Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free when your order is $75 or more after discounts. Below that amount, delivery costs $25. Express delivery is available for $25 on any order. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.

Timing and tracking

Allow 5 to 7 days for delivery in the United States, plus 24 to 48 hours for order handling and processing. Delivery time varies by location. We email a tracking number when your parcel ships. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, email theteam@fluffee.store with your order number. If we cannot meet a promised shipping time, we will contact you about the delay and your cancellation/refund options.
